TRANSFER OF COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

The transfer of copyright from the owner of the photographic images to LITRATISTA STUDIO must be clearly stated in writing to enable the LITRATISTA STUDIO to assure maximum dissemination of the author’s work. Therefore, the following agreement, executed and signed by the owner of the photographic images, is required with each donation. (If the image is a “work made for hire” it must be signed by the employer.)

The collection of photographic images is herewith donated to LITRATISTA STUDIO. No image from the collection has been published before, and none is under consideration for publication. It contains no matter that is scandalous, obscene, libelous, or otherwise contrary to law. When the donation is accepted, I, as the owner, hereby agree to transfer to LITRATISTA STUDIO all rights, including those pertaining to electronic forms and transmissions, under existing copyright law.
