Canceled Photo Session

If a photo session must be canceled we can exchange your reservation for another time or offer you a full refund of your deposit.

Refunds

Up until 48 hours before the photo session we can refund your deposit.
Refunds cannot be made if you do not show up in time or miss your appointment.

If you have made your deposit online at www.alteravitae.com, the full amount will be refunded through PayPal.
Check your email for a confirmation, and please allow 48 hours after we have received your cancellation to process the refund.
